About My Practice
Timely Office Visits
You will be seen on the same day or within 24 hours of your call for your acute care needs. Your appointment time will be honored and you will be seen promptly, in an unhurried fashion. I intend to ensure there will be ample opportunity to address all your medical needs at each visit. In general, your annual Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation will be approximately 60 minutes in length and all other appointments will be approximately 30 minutes in length.
Direct communications to me during office hours (and after!)
During office hours, my staff will personally answer your calls directly and will assist you with your needs. If I am unable to take your call immediately, your call will be returned promptly. After office hours or on weekends, you will be able to reach me directly via cell phone for urgent issues, any time of the day or night.
Extended office hours
Office visits are best scheduled during regular office hours when the full complement of staff is available. However, should you require an occasional visit outside of my usual office hours I will certainly do my best to reasonably accommodate you.
Peace of Mind
If serious illness or injury should occur, I will be there to help you navigate the maze of modern healthcare systems. We will discuss viable options for your care, personal issues and appropriate documentation for your wishes.
With rare exceptions you will always be seen by me
24/7 access is one of the hallmarks of my concierge medicine practice model. In addition, during an occasional absence from the office, a trusted physician will always be available for urgent issues.
Timely newsletters focused on topics relevant to your health and well-being
I provide quarterly newsletters on medical subjects of interest.
A strong focus on long term health and wellness
As my patient, you will receive an expanded annual Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation, which will be the cornerstone of your personalized healthcare plan, created to keep you feeling your best. I focus on education and prevention, not just taking care of you when you are ill. My definition of wellness includes fitness, nutrition, and emotional well-being. I recognize the importance of our physician-patient partnership. After all… I am the doctor who knows you best.
